Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)

What is a CSA?

The Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) has become a popular way for consumers to buy local, seasonal food directly from a farmer. Customers purchase a share at the beginning of the season and in return, receive a weekly box filled with fresh produce throughout the growing season (May-October). This ensures high-quality, exceptionally fresh produce to members at a small discount from market prices.

The CSA model is the backbone of a diversified farm. When customers commit to a seasonal share, they are allowing the farmer to accurately plan for the upcoming season as well as to financially cover the costs of starting the season. It is a win-win for everyone

** Depending on weather and other growing conditions, the varieties and amounts of items in your share may vary from week to week or even day to day. This is what makes a family CSA farm unique for its members.  You are truly getting the freshest food as it is picked for you within a day of delivery. Please know that we will always do our best to provide you with the quantity and quality of produce you expect but Mother Nature always has the last say**
